Check Your Pockets: Ensure all pockets are empty. We’ve found everything from AirPods to crayons—and neither are good for your clothes!

Separate Special Items: While we handle the sorting, please place any "Hand Wash Only" or "Air Dry Only" items in a separate, small labeled bag.

Untie & Unroll: For the best clean, please unroll socks and untie any drawstrings or knots.

Pre-treat Heavy Stains: If you have a specific tough stain (like red wine or grass), please point it out to us so we can give it extra "Mum" attention.

The LaundroMum Bag: Place your items in a sturdy laundry bag or basket. If it’s your first time, a heavy-duty disposable bag is fine—we’ll return your clothes fresh, folded, and ready for the cupboard!
