Below, you’ll find a clear guide to booking, laundry collection and delivery, and payment—designed to be effortless from start to finish.

Step 1 - Book Pick-up Date & Time

Pick the date and time you’d like us to collect your laundry.

Step 2 - Fill in the Form

Provide your best contact info, select the services you need, and confirm by clicking ‘Book’.

Step 3 - Email Confirmation

We’ll email you a confirmation and calendar reminder so everything is scheduled and easy to remember.

Step 4 - Pick-up Laundry

LaundroMum will be in touch to let you know when they’re on the way to pick up your laundry.

Step 5 - Received & Pay Invoice

We’ll carefully weigh and itemise your laundry before sending your invoice. Payment is required ahead of delivery and can be made easily online using a credit or debit card.

Step 6 - Delivery of Fresh Laundry

Around 24 hours later, your freshly cleaned laundry will be returned to your doorstep at roughly the same time the following day. We’ll notify you when it’s on the way. You don’t need to be home for delivery—just let us know a safe place to leave it.
