1. Service Agreement 

By booking with LaundroMum, you agree to provide laundry that is suitable for standard machine washing and drying. While we treat every item with the utmost care, we follow the care labels provided on your garments. 

2. Customer Responsibility (The "Checklist")

• Pockets: Customers are responsible for emptying all pockets. LaundroMum is not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick, electronics) or damage to the items themselves.

• Special Care: Please separate items that require "Hand Wash Only" or "Air Dry" and notify us upon pickup/drop-off.

3. Damages & Loss

• LaundroMum exercises great care but is not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials (such as sun-fading, colour transfer, bleeding or weak seams) that may worsen during laundering.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Please ensure your laundry is in a secure location for pickup. 

• LaundroMum is not responsible for items lost or stolen before pickup or after a confirmed delivery at your designated spot.
